Published

on

Being apart from your partner for an extended period of time can be stressful AF, especially if you’ve grown used to seeing them every day. When you know you’re not going to be able to see bae any time soon, but you want them to know how much they mean to you from afar, get your feelings off your chest with a sweet “I miss you” text to send your partner . Even though you can’t be together IRL, building up anticipation via text can make your eventual reunion that much sweeter.
The key to a great “I miss you” text is sincerity. Sure, you can be funny and flirty, too, but ultimately, this kind of message is about speaking to whatever is weighing on your heart. That’s what makes them so powerful to receive. Not sure what to say? Here’s some inspiration to help get you started.

Tell Them What You Miss About Them.
1.Hey babe. Just over here remembering how good it feels when you wrap your arms around me. I miss you so much.

2.Have I told you recently how adorable you are? I miss your smile so much right now.

3.No one knows how to crack me up like you do. I wish you were here so we could goof off together. I miss your laugh.

4.OMG, I miss kissing you so badly. If you were here, I’d kiss your face.

5.Hey, babe, I’m heading to bed right now. There are no words for how much I miss falling asleep in your arms.

Imagine What You’ll Do When You’re Back Together.

6.The first thing I’m gonna do when I see you is grab you and kiss you and not let go. I miss you so much, babe.

7.I can’t stop thinking about all the fun things we were going to do next time we’re together. It’s both making me excited to see you and sooo lonely for you at the same time.

8.I miss your body next to mine so much right now. The first thing we’re gonna do next time we’re together is… get naked.

9.I’m really missing you right now! Want to imagine all the things we’re going to do when you get home?

10.I’m so lonely for you, so instead of wallowing (well OK a little wallowing), I’ve started planning out our first day back together doing all the things we love to do. Want to hear what I have in mind?

Get A Little Extra Mushy.
11.I never really understood what it meant to really miss someone until we were apart

12.I can’t wait until we’re back together. There’s a you-shaped hole in my life right now. I miss you so much.

13.If I thought I appreciated you when we were together, being away from each other really takes it to the next level. I miss you.

14.Being with you makes me so happy and I can’t wait until I see your adorable face again.

15.Ugh, my heart. Being apart from my favorite person in the whole world is the worst. I miss you so much, you have no idea.

It’s never easy to be away from the person you love, but these little texts can be a great way to connect in the meantime and build the anticipation for when you’re back together.

5 reasons why your breath smells bad

Published

By

Bad breath, is an embarrassing health condition that affects approximately 30% of people around the world.
It is normal to wake up with bad breath.

But what about when you’ve brushed, flossed, mouth-washed, and not eaten any spicy food like garlic, and are still finding that your breath is less minty, more malodorous?
Good oral hygiene must be taken seriously if you want to avoid halitosis, but it’s not the only factor that can play a part in the smell that comes out when you open your mouth. Here are 5 other things that can cause bad breath.

Cutting down on carbs

Cutting down on carbs and upping your protein intake can be a major factor in whether or not you have bad breath. This is because they cause your body to break down fat for energy and create ketones. The excess ketones put a lot of stress on your kidney.

Skipping meals

Whether it is a deliberate attempt or you’re doing it for religious reasons, skipping meals can have a serious negative impact on the freshness of your breath. Avoiding meals or fluid slows than the production of saliva leading to breeding of bacteria which causes bad breath.

Chewing too much gum

Chewing gums in the short term after eating spicy food is not harmful. It causes serious health issues in the long term because they contain hidden sugars that leads to the accumulation of sticky plaque on the teeth. This also encourages the growth of bacteria and its effects may be worse than those of dry mouth in the long run

Dehydration

Drinking the recommended dose of H2O on a daily basis has many beauty and health benefits such as keeping your breath fresh all day. Dehydration can cause halitosis because bacteria that live in the mouth tend to multiply as the mouth dries out.

Strep throat

Strep is a bacterial infection, not a viral one, and those invading bugs can cause your bad breath to smell bad, says Dr. Grbic. Not only that, but other kinds of sinus infections can turn into bacterial ones that produce a smelly, pus-like type of mucus
